| To order over the Internet, you will need your unit number and assigned password. To request a password, or if you have concerns about your password, please call 1-800-453-3860, ext. 20043. |

| When you call, you will get voice mail. For a first-time request, please leave your unit name, unit number, and unit leader's name. For any other password problems, leave your name and unit number. A representative will contact you. |

| Unit and Bookseller Password Reset: Your logon ID and password are assigned by Distribution Services. If you have not yet received a password or have other questions please call 1-800-453-3860, ext. 20043. You will be transferred to a voice mailbox. You will be contacted or notified by mail with a new password. |

| Shopper Registration and Address Book |

| For security reasons, as a Unit customer, you are not allowed to make online changes to your shopper registration. You are allowed to add and maintain an address book of shipping addresses. If you need to update your registration information please contact Customer Relations at 1-800-537-5001. |

| Stationery Orders |

| Please use the Tithing and Offerings Envelopes and Other Stationery Items Order Form for ordering envelopes with the Bishop's or Branch President's name and address. The Tithing and Other Offerings slips are automatically sent with each order of envelopes. To order these items send, call or fax your order form to: |
